This is a copy of Article 4 which was written about the debate on whether the hit that caused a broken collarbone on Aaron Rodgers was legal or not. It was written because the hit by Minnesota Vikings Linebacker Anthony Barr caused much debate on whether the play was legal, Barr should be fined, there should be new rules added, etc.
